Traveling to work costs money. That's why we pay tax-free travel allowances of up to EUR 0.30 net per km to cover fuel and other expenses. You also have the option of tax-free allowances of up to EUR 80 net per day, e.g. additional meal expenses.

Ideally, you will have completed training as a fitter, metalworker, construction mechanic, industrial mechanic or plant mechanic. But you are also welcome to join us without formal training - practice counts! If you have already gained experience in these areas, for example as a fitter, welder, industrial mechanic or plant mechanic, then you've come to the right place.
Have you ever welded before? Whether MAG, MIG, TIG, E or oxyfuel - if you already have knowledge in these areas, we look forward to receiving your application.
It is important that you understand, speak and can read German - so that cooperation within the team runs smoothly. A car and driver's license are an advantage, but not a must - we will find a solution together.
